Ariel BergerCEO and Founder

Ariel Berger, the founder of Berkos, is a graduate of the University of Miami, USA, where he studied business management and marketing. Throughout his career, he worked in various industries including ad-tech and high-tech, gaining extensive experience across these fields. After recognizing the potential of Cyprus. A combination of a comfortable climate, relaxed culture, abundant real estate opportunities, an urban development boom, and an open government policy. He decided to move there permanently with his family.

With a rich resume of dozens of successful projects, and after a decade of in-depth understanding of Cypriot market trends, Berkos has risen to the top of the entrepreneurship industry in Cyprus. The company continues to provide real estate solutions for investors, develop urban and tourism plans, and offer a safety net for both experienced investors and first-time buyers.

Berkos believes in a high commitment to the customer, adhering to innovation, a high construction standard, and close supervision of each project from the architectural plan stage through to completion with an exceptional level of finish.
